The mission of Artec is to provide an alternative platform for up-and-coming independent artists and filmmakers to present their works to the public. Artec is dedicated to promoting and bringing exposure to the works of artists and filmmakers in the independent arts community.

About Artec

Artec Festival is a bi-annual event that focuses on bringing exposure to independent artists and filmmakers. Artist and filmmaker Myke Adams formed Artec in the fall of 2004 so that artists and filmmakers could have an alternative platform to showcase their works. For the past three years, Artec Festival has showcased the talents of local and international artists without compromising their creativity.  This year, Artec will team up with Beiteverso Productions Inc. to support the growing audience and projects of Artec 2007.  Past artists, filmmakers and performers include: Tokyo Alice, Harry Sudman, Chris Sandon, Kimi Pryor, Aaron Edwards, Nathan Peck, Insect Deli, Koutaro Fukui, and many others…
